SUMMARY:Raven Oil Pastel Drawing with Rumriver Art Center
DESCRIPTION:Oil pastels were created for oil painters to easily travel with
their paints and we now enjoy this medium as a fluid and fun way to create!
Students will have guidance on sketching their bird followed by learning
techniques on creating texture with oil pastel. This class is taught by
Rumriver Art Center and is geared to K-12th grade. \n\nAnoka County Library
strives to ensure that all visitors are able to access library resources\,
services\, and programs. Assistive technology and program accommodations
are available at many library locations as outlined here. Please call the
library branch hosting the program at least two weeks prior to an event if
there are additional accommodations we can provide for you to fully
participate.\n\nThis program is funded by MELSA
