Watercolor Winter Forest with Rumriver Art Center In-Person
Watercolor is a medium great for beginners or advanced artists. Students will learn how to sketch their composition, complete their piece with watercolor paint, and how to use multiple watercolor techniques to create a vibrant and personal landscape.
Anoka County Library strives to ensure that all visitors are able to access library resources, services, and programs.
