Adaptive Teen Event: Minnesota Zoo Mobile

Adaptive Teen Event: Minnesota Zoo Mobile In-Person

This adaptive program is intended for teens with a disability and their family members. Our Earth is home to some amazing animals! While meeting a variety of animals from around the world, you will investigate their habitats, adaptations, and threats to the species, along with how you can help protect these incredible creatures and the places they call home. Everyone will enjoy this interactive program and come away with a new appreciation and understanding of the natural world. Hosted by the Minnesota Zoo.

Please make sure to register every individual who plans on attending.

*Allergy warning: Some of the ambassador animals eat nuts as part of their diet and training.

Anoka County Library strives to ensure that all visitors are able to access library resources, services, and programs. Assistive technology and program accommodations are available at many library locations as outlined here. Please call the library branch hosting the program at least two weeks prior to an event if there are additional accommodations we can provide for you to fully participate.
