Oil Pastel Painting: Tropical Landscape In-Person
Winter is the perfect time to be inspired by the Florida Highwaymen; a group of 26 African American Landscape artists and create a tropical oil pastel painting to dream of the tropics. Students will learn different techniques to layer and create with oil pastels. Registration is required.
