Getting Started with Transparent Language Online In-Person
Have you been wanting to learn a new language, improve your skills or learn some basics for travel, but aren't sure how to get started? Join us for an introduction to Transparent Language Online, the library app for beginner, intermediate and advanced language learning! Bring your smartphone or other device if you’d like help downloading the app. No registration is required.
Transparent language Online supports over 120 languages including ASL and English language learning, and builds listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills. Additional Library resources for language learning will be shared.
Recommended: arrive early and stop by the service desk to check that your library card is up to date, and that your PIN is current.
Anoka County Library strives to ensure that all visitors are able to access library resources, services, and programs. Assistive technology and program accommodations are available at many library locations as outlined here. Please call the library branch hosting the program at least two weeks prior to an event if there are additional accommodations we can provide for you to fully participate.
