Criminal Expungement Clinic In-Person
You can attend an informational session to determine if you qualify financially and meet individually with an attorney to discuss whether this is a realistic option for your situation. This is the best place to begin the process for criminal expungement and receive assistance with it.
Sessions start at 1:30 p.m. Please arrive by 12:30 p.m. Late arrival may prevent an individual from meeting with an attorney.
This is a walk-in clinic supported by Central Minnesota Legal Services.
Court forms will be provided to all registrants; alternatively, they can be picked up free of charge at the Anoka County Law Library.
