Global Trek Preschool Yoga In-Person
Intended for youth ages 3-6 years and their caregivers. Embark on a yoga adventure around the world with your little explorers! In this Global Trek yoga and mindfulness class, participants will travel to exciting destinations through playful poses, calming breaths, and imaginative activities. From roaring like lions in Africa to sailing across oceans, your child will enjoy a fun-filled journey that nurtures their body and mind!"
