Friendly Rooster Oil Pastels In-Person

Oil pastels can be a user-friendly way to get that "oil painting" feel without the mess and toxic solvents. Have fun creating this friendly and colorful rooster while learning about materials and many techniques of the medium: easy blending, scumbling, sgraffito, and Impastato.

Anoka County Library strives to ensure that all visitors are able to access library resources, services, and programs.
