Community Planting Day

Community Planting Day In-Person

Join staff from the Anoka Conservation District to learn about native plants and native plant gardening. During the program, attendees will get hands on experience planting a native prairie plant garden on the library grounds. Trowels and work gloves will be provided, but please bring your own gloves if you have a favorite pair. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please come dressed for the weather and for gardening. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled for Saturday, September 27 at 10:00 am.

Please call the library branch hosting the program at least two weeks prior to an event if there are additional accommodations we can provide for you to fully participate.
