Nature: Essential to Our Health and Wellbeing In-Person
Looking for a sense of well-being? A simple method to find happiness and contentment? Connecting with nature is essential to human health and well-being. In nature, we can feel connected, energized, content and resilient. How do we connect with nature? Why is connecting even more important today? Learn the history and science of how time spent with nature helps to improve our physical and mental well-being. Build an awareness of how we can involve all our senses. Explore and practice ways we can interact with nature even in Minnesota winters. Learn how even simple things like houseplants can play a role. Registration required; registration opens 4 weeks in advance.
