Mindful Stitching-Words of Affirmation Magnets In-Person

Drop in for this 15–30 minute activity intended for youth aged 8 years and older through adults

Mindfulness and stitching go hand-in-hand. In this activity, you’ll use two embroidery stitching techniques to create a collection of fridge or locker magnets, each containing words of affirmation to set your intention for the day. Create a list of attributes that are special and unique to you, and stitch them with mindfulness!

This program is drop-in and no registration is required.
