Getting Started with the Anoka County Library! In-Person

Have you always been curious about what the library has to offer, but haven't made it in yet? This is your chance to spend a dedicated hour with two Northtown librarians, learning about all the awesome resources available to you with your library card. From eBooks to Kitchenware to live virtual homework help, there is a whole world of FREE services waiting for you. Plus, step behind the scenes and see how Northtown's book-sorting machine works, on a mini-tour of the back workroom!

All ages welcome; a coloring page and crayons will be provided for young children in attendance.

No registration is required.

Anoka County Library strives to ensure that all visitors are able to access library resources, services, and programs. Assistive technology and program accommodations are available at many library locations as outlined here. Please call the library branch hosting the program at least two weeks prior to an event if there are additional accommodations we can provide for you to fully participate.
