Meet the Social Worker

Coon Rapids Police invite the community to meet with Lori Halbur, a licensed social worker embedded within the police department.  She is available to provide free assistance in connecting individuals with valuable resources for a range of concerns, including mental health, financial insecurity, substance use, job insecurity, homelessness, housing instability, food insecurity, parenting, and resources for older adults and aging.  All are welcome.  No appointment is needed. 

Anoka County Library strives to ensure that all visitors are able to access library resources, services, and programs. Assistive technology and program accommodations are available at many library locations, as outlined on our library accessibility page. Please call the library branch hosting the program at least two weeks prior to an event if there are additional accommodations we can provide for you to fully participate.
