Food Preservation with the Anoka County Master Gardeners In-Person
This program is presented by Anoka County Master Gardeners and is an overview of the eight methods of food preservation. Master Gardners will exhibit the necessary utensils for water bath and pressure canning, as well as highlight other methods of freezing and preserving your bountiful garden harvest. Samples to taste as well as foolproof recipes will be provided.
