DESCRIPTION:Share delightfully scary books\, songs\, and rhymes with your 
 children at this family event. Librarians\, caregivers\, and children will 
 sing\, talk\, read\, write\, and play together to build early literacy 
 skills.\n\nKids are invited to come dressed up in their favorite costumes. 
 \n\nAnoka County Library strives to ensure that all visitors are able to
