Halloween Costume Swap In-Person
Bring clean, gently used costumes for all ages to the Rum River Library starting September 2 and receive a ticket to redeem for first choice of costumes starting at noon on October 5. Event is open to all at 1 p.m. Sizes and styles will vary and are available while supplies last.
