Create Your Own Pokemon

Attention Pokemon trainers! Have you ever wanted to create your very own Pokemon? Children will learn about Minnesota specific biomes, design their very own Pokemon and then create it using various craft supplies. You can make your pokemon out of clay*, play-doh, or things around the house. *To make your own clay click here for 3 different recipes with household supplies.

The video is 12 minutes long, but craft times will vary depending on your child. Expect them to spend about 25-45 minutes creating their pokemon. You will want to start off with a sheet of paper. Access the video at https://youtu.be/XelVWTQtMsk.

Questions that will be referenced in the video:

Pokemon Name

Where do they live?

What do they eat?

What do they like?

What do they NOT like?

What can they do?

Email me photos of your finished creations! Sarah.sexton@co.anoka.mn.us
