Invent-a-Thon: 5 Challenges to Inspire You to Think Like an Engineer Online
In this fun STEM-based program, kids will be presented with a series of challenges that asks them to think like an engineer and solve science problems using items from around the house. Each activity has an introductory video and a video that offers solutions after the activity is attempted.
Some suggested materials to have on hand:
- toy car
- aluminum foil
- tape
- newspaper or paper grocery bag
- paper
- sticks
- paperclips
- coins
- markers or crayons
This program will premiere on our Facebook page on this date and time and will be available for 7 days. For ages 5-8.
