Healing Power of Meditation

We are living in stressful times, and meditation can be just the tool we need to help us cope with the challenges of everyday life. Instructor Arlene Samsel has practiced meditation for over 30 years. She will discuss how meditation can improve our physical, mental and spiritual health.  There will be a short meditation sitting.
