Let's Talk - A Mental Health Discussion Online

Join us for a community change discussion exploring the causes and ways to reduce mental health stigma and discrimination. Mental illnesses are more common than diabetes, yet we still struggle with talking about them compared to a physical illness. During this session participants will learn how to better recognize stigma and gain tips for talking with others about mental illness. We will also feature a panel portion to answer questions from the audience in the final half hour of the event. This presentation is part of the Making It Ok Anoka County campaign.

This program will be presented virtually using Webex. Registrants will be emailed a link prior to the start of the program.

Participants can share questions for the panel ahead of time by visiting: https://forms.gle/XEavBqYc7QxfemG17
