Cooking Matters: Online Healthy Cooking Class Series Online

This is a series of 7 short online cooking classes for families with young children. Participants will be signed up for the entire series when they register and are asked to try to attend all dates. 

A link will be emailed to you before the class to use to join the class when it is time for the virtual class to start. 

Want to learn how to make the best use of your food resources?  Need help shopping on a budget? Are your children picky eaters?

Classes will focus on how to increase the amount of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and calcium-rich foods in meals and snacks. Tips and tricks on how to make budget-friendly, healthy meals your whole family will enjoy!

Classes will take place from 4:00-4:30 pm on the following dates:
January 13th / 27th
February 10th / 24th
March 10th / 24th
April 14th

This class is presented by Anoka/Washington County Head Start-Early Head Start in partnership with the Anoka County Library.
