Caring for the Caregiver: Caregiver's Preparation for the Sandwich Generation Online

Join us for Anoka County Library's two-part Caring for the Caregiver series with local author and cargiving expert Nancy R. Poland. In this second session, we'll learn helpful tools for the "sandwich generation"--those who are taking care of both parents and children.

This program, hosted by Northtown Library, will be held virtually via WebEx.

Details on our first session, Dementia Support, on Thursday, Sept 29, 6 pm, can be found here

Caregiver's connection expert Nancy R. Poland has extensive experience as a caregiver, first with her own children and foster child, and then with her aging parents. Nancy has a B.A. in Social Work and an M.A. in Health and Human Services Administration. She is a volunteer Community Educator for the Alzheimer's Association and has written two books, Remarkable Caregiving and Dancing with Lewy
