Health Care Directives with TRELLIS In-Person
Anoka County Library's Rum River branch partners with Trellis, the regional Area Agency on Aging for the seven-county Twin Cities metro area, whose mission is "to assist individuals to age well and develop the capacity of communities to care for an aging population." In this session, volunteers from Trellis will discuss health care directives, and what to include in your heath care instructions to ensure your health care decisions are based on your preferences and values. Following the presentation there will be a Q & A to answer questions about health care directives, and to share the many services available through both Trellis and the Anoka County Libraries.
