DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nThe Anoka County Law Library hosts a criminal 
 expungement clinic on the third Tuesday of each month. \n\nNo 
 pre-registration is necessary.\n\nExpungement is the process of going to 
 court to ask a judge to seal a court record. People request an expungement 
 when they have been denied a job\, housing\, or a professional license 
 because of a criminal incident that shows up on a background 
 check.\n\n\n\nAttend an informational session and see if you qualify 
 financially to meet individually with an attorney regarding whether this is 
 a realistic option for your situation. This is the best place to start the 
 process for criminal expungement and get assistance with the 
 process.\n\nSessions start at 12:30 p.m. Please arrive by 12:00 p.m. Late 
 arrival may prevent an individual from meeting with an attorney.\n\nThis is 
 a walk-in clinic supported by Central Minnesota Legal Services.\n\nCourt 
 forms will be provided to all registrants\, or they can be picked up for 
 free at the Anoka County Law Library.\n\nPhone number:
