DESCRIPTION:This program is intended for youth in first grade to 8th grade. 
 What’s more beautiful than the Eiffel Tower? Why\, the Eiffel Tower at 
 night\, of course! In this workshop\, artists will use a simple 
 step-by-step process as they learn to draw the Eiffel Tower\, then we’ll 
 add glow-in-the-dark paint so it lights up the Parisian night sky!  We will 
 also create a French Baguette and Beret using a variety of art 
 materials.\n\nAnoka County Library strives to ensure that all visitors are 
 able to access library resources\, services\, and programs. Assistive 
 technology and program accommodations are available at many library 
 locations as outlined here. Please call the library branch hosting the 
 program at least two weeks prior to an event if there are additional 
 accommodations we can provide for you to fully participate.\n\nThis program
