SUMMARY:Intro to Comedy for Youth
DESCRIPTION:This program is intended for youth in grades 3rd-5th grade. 
 Everyone can tell a joke. Jokes can contain a microcosm of art\, culture\, 
 and human experience and\, when done right\, a joke causes an involuntary 
 shared human experience: laughter. This workshop will introduce students to 
 comedy writing and comedy performance through numerous dynamic examples and 
 critical discussion. \n\nAnoka County Library strives to ensure that all 
 visitors are able to access library resources\, services\, and programs. 
 Assistive technology and program accommodations are available at many 
 library locations as outlined here. Please call the library branch hosting 
 the program at least two weeks prior to an event if there are additional 
 accommodations we can provide for you to fully participate.\n\nThis program 
 is funded by the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund
