DESCRIPTION:Meet the author of The Northland Beckons: An Illustrated Haiku 
 Journey! Join us for a Haiku poetry writing workshop with Anoka County 
 Library Featured Author and 2024 Moonbeam Award Silver Medalist Sandra 
 Hisakuni. Event attendees can expect to learn the basics of writing Haiku 
 poetry! This program is best suited for children and adults ages 10 and up. 
 \n\nAnoka County Library strives to ensure that all visitors are able to 
 access library resources\, services\, and programs. Assistive technology 
 and program accommodations are available at many library locations as 
 outlined here. Please call the library branch hosting the program at least 
 two weeks prior to an event if there are additional accommodations we can 
 provide for you to fully participate.\n\nThis program is funded by the 
 Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
